How It Works
We create the most visually impressive face paint designs we can in 90 seconds of paint time. From start to finish—including picking a design, sitting, painting, and getting up—our average is 3 minutes per child.
This allows us to serve:
Up to 15 children per hour for full-face designs
Up to 20 children per hour for partial-face designs
One artist = 20 kids max per hour.
2-hour minimum. Have a large event? Add time or an additional artist to accommodate more guests in a timely manner.

Face Painting FAQ’s
1. What kind of face paint do you use?
We use professional-grade, hypoallergenic, non-toxic face paints that are safe for all skin types—including sensitive skin. Everything we use is designed specifically for use on children and meets cosmetic safety standards.
2. How long does face painting take per child?
On average, it takes about 3 minutes per child from start to finish. That includes picking a design, sitting, painting (in around 90 seconds), and moving to the next guest. This helps us keep things moving while still delivering quality work.
3. How many kids can one artist paint per hour?
One artist can typically paint:
Up to 15 full-face designs per hour
Up to 20 partial-face designs per hour
We recommend one artist per 20 children for every 2 hours. For larger events, you may need additional time or multiple artists.
4. What kinds of designs do you offer?
We offer a wide range of designs—think animals, superheroes, princesses, rainbows, unicorns, and more. We can also match custom themes if requested in advance.
5. Is the face paint easy to remove?
Yes! Our water-based paints are easy to clean off with gentle soap and water. Baby wipes work too. Waterproof paints require waterproof make-up remover wipes and/or solution then an additional clean up with face wash and water.
6. Do you offer face painting for adults?
Absolutely. Adults love it too, especially at themed parties, festivals, or corporate events. We can create elegant or bold designs that suit the vibe of your event.
7. What if I have more than 20 kids?
No problem—just let us know! We can adjust by adding time or bringing in additional artists to make sure every guest gets painted without long wait times.
8. Do I need to provide anything for the face painting setup?
We bring everything we need. However, if your event is outdoors, we require that a covered area large enough for our set up is provided for duration of the event. If that's not possible, we can bring our own tent for an additional fee. (Must be added at the time of booking)
