Here’s How Booking Works

Submit a Booking Request

Fill out our short booking form with the basics: date, time, type of event, and what services you’re requesting. We’ll follow up to confirm availability and answer any quick questions you may have. If the date is available, we’ll send over your invoice so you can officially reserve your time.

Reserve Your Spot with a Deposit

To hold your requested date and time, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. Once the deposit is received, your event is confirmed unless the final payment isn’t made before the event at which time your deposit is forfeit and a new deposit will be needed to re-schedule your event.

We Arrive Ready

Your Twisted Turtle artist will arrive approximately 10-30 minutes early to set up and get everything ready to go. If your event requires a setup time earlier than a half hour before, let us know—an early arrival fee will apply .

A Few Things to Know

We keep things simple, but here are a few event requirements to help your party go off without a hitch:

  • Minimum Time: Events require a 2-hour minimum per booking. Note that any one artist can only accommodate an average of 20 children per hour with any 1 type of entertainment.

  • Pricing Structure: Prices are per artist per hour, larger events will require more than one artist to keep lines moving and guests happy. No one artist will do more than one type of entertainment at a large event.

Additional Fees

Travel Fee: A travel fee will apply to any event location outside the 485 Loop.

Tent Fee: For any outdoor event, we require that our entertainers be provided shelter from the elements. If no such place is provided, we can bring our own tent. A tent fee will be applied to the contract without exception.
